巴德-基亚里综合征（Budd-ChiariSyndrome（BCS），又称肝静脉还流障碍综合征）是指肝静脉和/或邻近的下腔静脉狭窄或完全阻塞所引起的一系列症状和体征。此病虽少见，但极易误诊，进而延误治疗。

临床病史
46yearoldfemalewithapastmedicalhistoryofalcoholiccirrhosispresentedwith3monthsofjaundice,rightupperquadrantpain,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,darkurine,andabdominaldistension.Bloodworkshowedelevatedliverenzymes,PTandINR.Hepatitispanelwasnegative.ImagingstudiesandbiopsyconfirmedBudd-ChiariSyndrome(BCS).
患者，女，46岁。既往病史：酒精性肝硬化伴3个月*疸。症状：右上腹疼痛，恶心，呕吐，腹泻，小便暗色，腹胀。血检：肝酶，PT和INR水平升高。肝炎病*检测为阴性。经影像学检查和活检证实为巴德-基亚里综合征（Budd-ChiariSyndrome（BCS））。

Abdominalultrasounddemonstratedanodularlivercontoursuggestiveofcirrhosis.Thehepaticveinsdemonstratedstenosisandabsentflow.Dopplerimagingshowedreversalofflowintheportalvein.CTabdomenwithIVcontrastshowedanenlargedliverwithheterogeneouslydiminishedattenuation,stenosisofthehepaticveinswithearlyenhancementofthecentralregionandhypo-attenuationoftheperiphery,hypertrophiedcaudatelobe,andatrophyoftheremainingsegmentssuggestiveofbuddchiarisyndrome[9].Additionally,theCTdemonstratedenlargedandtortuousvaricealvessels
